Ryan’sViews aims to make its website, product information, purchasing process and customer support accessible to people with disabilities.

Our accessibility improvement target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement is not a certification that every page or third-party component currently conforms.

Our priorities include keyboard operation, visible focus, readable contrast, meaningful headings, appropriate image descriptions, labeled forms, understandable errors and accessible purchase and cancellation controls.

If you encounter a barrier, contact us with the page or task involved and a description of the problem. You may describe the browser or assistive technology if helpful, but you do not need to provide a medical diagnosis.

We will work with you to provide a practical accessible way to obtain information or complete the relevant transaction without an additional accessibility charge. A website barrier will not be used to defeat a timely cancellation notice or other applicable customer right.

Some functions involve third-party services. We will work to address reported barriers affecting our service rather than treating the third-party relationship as an automatic exemption.
