REFUND, PREORDER AND CANCELLATION POLICY Effective date: October 21, 2026 Business: Ryan’sViews LLC, also referred to as Ryan’sViews or RVE Contact: tuning@ryansviews.com 1. Scope and customer rights This policy explains cancellations, returns and refunds for RVE hardware, preorders, custom work and related services. Our standard preorder rule is: • Before the allocated batch enters production, the preorder is eligible for cancellation and refund. • After production begins, voluntary cancellation and refund eligibility resumes when the customer’s allocated item arrives at RVE or its designated fulfillment facility. The production-stage restriction applies only to voluntary change-of-mind cancellations. It does not postpone or remove remedies required for a qualifying shipping delay, non-delivery, defective goods, material misdescription, statutory withdrawal or another legally protected reason. This version applies to purchases made on or after its effective date. Earlier purchases remain subject to the terms applicable when ordered and mandatory legal protections. Updating this page does not retroactively impose new restrictions. 2. Definitions and batch status A preorder is an order for an item that is not available for ordinary dispatch when purchased. The allocated batch is the production run assigned to the purchased item. We will identify the relevant batch or allocation in the purchase information or order confirmation. Production begins when actual manufacturing of customer units in the allocated batch starts. General research, design, prototype development, receiving customer payments, paying a supplier deposit or reserving manufacturing capacity alone does not establish that production has begun. Batch arrival means physical receipt of the customer’s allocated item by RVE or its designated fulfillment facility. Factory completion, departure from the supplier or arrival at a port does not by itself constitute batch arrival. If a batch arrives in separate shipments, the customer’s eligibility is based on receipt of their allocated item. We will not postpone eligibility until unrelated items arrive. Inspection, packaging or administrative processing after receipt does not move the arrival date. Shipment means physical handoff to the carrier. Creating a shipping label does not constitute shipment. 3. Development time and the order-specific estimate A new RVE modification can take approximately seven months to progress from initial design through development and completion. The process can include engineering, prototypes, fitment evaluation, tooling, testing, revisions, production and inspection. This overall development period is not automatically a seven-month wait beginning on every customer’s purchase date. Before payment, the product listing or purchase offer will identify the current stage and a supported estimated dispatch date or calendar window for that order. Any separate preparation and carrier-transit estimates will be identified. An estimate does not authorize unlimited delay. Changes to a shipping commitment are handled under Section 8. 4. Preorder payment and allocation The amount payable now, total agreed price, any remaining payment and applicable charges collected by RVE will be disclosed before purchase. A preorder is a purchase of the described product. It is not a donation, investment or agreement to assume unlimited development risk. Payment does not mean that production, inspection or shipment is complete. We will not describe a development-stage item as ready to ship. We will not change an allocation merely to defeat a cancellation right or reset an existing shipping commitment. A material change affecting an order will be communicated and handled under the applicable contract and law. 5. Cancellation before production A cancellation notice received before actual production of the allocated batch begins is eligible for cancellation and refund. Eligibility is determined by when we receive the notice, not when a staff member later reviews it. A timely request does not become ineligible because production starts while the request is awaiting review. The refund includes the amount paid for the canceled item, attributable tax and shipping or other charges that are refundable for that cancellation. We do not deduct a restocking or payment-processing fee from a qualifying preproduction cancellation. Separately purchased services already performed are assessed under their disclosed service terms and applicable law. General product-development expenses will not be retroactively reclassified as a separately purchased customer service. 6. Requests received during production If a customer requests a voluntary cancellation after production begins and no earlier cancellation entitlement applies, we will record the request for automatic cancellation when the allocated item arrives. The affected item will be held from dispatch while the request is pending. A second request is not required. We will confirm that the request has been recorded and explain its status. A recorded request is not a representation that money has already been refunded. An earlier legal entitlement takes priority. We will not defer a refund already required by law until the batch arrives. If the project cannot be fulfilled, the customer will not be required to wait for an arrival that will not occur. 7. Cancellation after arrival and before shipment When the allocated item arrives, pending voluntary cancellation requests become effective automatically. Customers without a pending request may also request voluntary cancellation after arrival and before physical carrier handoff. We will provide an arrival notice identifying the intended dispatch timing and a reasonable opportunity to exercise this option. We will not use immediate dispatch, delayed notice or creation of a shipping label to defeat an existing cancellation right. After physical carrier handoff, the ordinary preorder cancellation window closes. Any applicable statutory withdrawal, return, defect, non-delivery or other mandatory remedy remains available. 8. Shipping delays and renewed consent If we learn that an order cannot ship within the applicable commitment, we will provide the required notice and cancellation option within the legally required time. A delay notice will explain the affected order, a supported revised dispatch date or the absence of a reliable revised date, and how to choose cancellation and the refund due. For notices seeking affirmative agreement, silence will not count as agreement. The notice will state the response deadline and what happens without a response. Further extensions will be handled through renewed notice and consent where required. Consent to a delay with no reliable shipment date does not eliminate the right to cancel before shipment where that right applies. Supplier delays, cash-flow constraints, customs issues or manufacturing complications do not automatically remove our legal obligations. A general estimate or preorder checkbox does not replace a required delay notice. 9. Changes to the purchased product Development can result in refinements. We will communicate a material change to the agreed product, compatibility, included components, intended application, price or another characteristic important to the purchase. We will obtain any required agreement or provide the appropriate cancellation and refund option. We will not automatically substitute a materially different product or impose an undisclosed price increase. A later product revision does not automatically entitle earlier buyers to a free upgrade. Any specific upgrade promise made with an order will be honored according to its terms. 10. In-stock products and discretionary exceptions For new purchases governed by this policy, in-stock products are not offered with a general change-of-mind return entitlement unless the listing or a written offer expressly provides one. This restriction does not apply to a defect, incorrect item, material misdescription, qualifying non-delivery or a mandatory cancellation or return right. We may approve a goodwill exception in writing. Its conditions, including any lawful return costs, will be stated before the customer accepts the exception. A discretionary exception does not narrow an existing legal entitlement. 11. Incorrect, damaged or defective products Contact us promptly with the order number, affected item, description of the issue and reasonably available supporting information. Photographs, video, packaging information, installation records or relevant operating data may help us evaluate the issue. We will request information reasonably connected to the claim. A failure to report within 72 hours does not automatically extinguish rights, particularly for a latent defect or damage not reasonably discoverable on delivery. This does not extend an otherwise applicable warranty or legal claim deadline. Stop installation or operation if the product appears unsafe or materially incorrect. Preserve relevant evidence where safe and practical. We will provide the remedy required by the applicable warranty and law. Repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy will depend on the circumstances. Store credit will not be imposed where the customer is entitled to a monetary refund. 12. Return authorization, condition and costs Contact us for return instructions before sending an item. We will provide reasonable identification, packing and handling requirements. Administrative return authorization does not replace or postpone a valid statutory cancellation notice. A claim will not automatically be rejected solely because original packaging is unavailable. For a discretionary change-of-mind return, the item must satisfy the conditions agreed in writing. Customer-caused damage, missing components or use beyond an allowed inspection may affect the refund only to the extent permitted by the applicable terms and law. We will bear return costs where required because of our error, a qualifying defect or another legal obligation. Customer-paid return shipping applies only where lawfully disclosed and applicable. Do not ship an item containing fuel, hazardous contamination, pressure or another unsafe condition without suitable handling instructions. 13. Refund amounts and payment method Refunds are calculated from the amount actually paid for the affected items, including the appropriate treatment of discounts, taxes and refundable shipping or other charges. For a partial cancellation, we will explain the calculation. We will not use an undisclosed penalty or arbitrary deduction to retain money owed. A required monetary refund will not be replaced with store credit unless the customer freely chooses that option and the law permits it. Refunds normally return through the original payment method. If that method cannot be used, we will arrange a secure lawful alternative. We do not require a customer to purchase something else, accept an upgrade, await resale of the item or wait for reimbursement from our supplier as a condition of receiving a refund already due. 14. Refund processing and confirmation We issue eligible refunds promptly and within the applicable legal deadline. For refunds required by U.S. merchandise-order rules on transactions paid through third-party payment providers, the applicable deadline is generally seven working days after the refund entitlement arises. Different statutory deadlines may apply to other transactions. Staff approval does not restart a legal deadline. A pending internal request, unfunded refund instruction or failed payment-provider attempt is not a completed refund. We will identify the refund amount, submission date and available reference. The payment provider or bank may take additional time to display the credit. That posting time is separate from our obligation to issue the refund correctly and on time. 15. Tuning, digital content and genuinely personalized work Tuning, separately commissioned engineering and digital deliverables are assessed according to the purchased scope, work actually performed, disclosed third-party entitlements and applicable law. Creating an account or support ticket, collecting payment or conducting general product research does not by itself establish that a customer’s purchased service has been completed. A lawful deduction for work performed must have a valid contractual and legal basis. We will explain the calculation rather than treating every service order as immediately nonrefundable. Where separate consent is required to begin a service or supply digital content during a statutory cancellation period, we will obtain that consent and the required acknowledgment. General acceptance of these policies does not replace it. A standard product manufactured in a batch is not automatically a personalized-goods exception merely because it is preordered or produced after purchase. 16. Mandatory international consumer rights Where UK or EU consumer distance-selling rules apply to a standard goods purchase, the customer may exercise the applicable withdrawal right without giving a reason. The normal period extends through 14 days after receipt, calculated under the applicable rules, including rules for separate deliveries. Notify us clearly of the decision to withdraw. The goods must normally be returned within 14 days after that notice. We will reimburse within the applicable statutory period and may withhold reimbursement pending receipt of the goods or evidence of return only where the law allows. Where required, reimbursement includes standard outbound delivery charges. Additional costs of a premium delivery option need not be reimbursed where the law permits. Return costs and deductions for handling beyond a permitted inspection apply only when lawfully disclosed and allowed. Genuine statutory exceptions and rules for services or digital content are assessed individually. Local requirements, including any extended period caused by missing disclosures, take priority. For Australian consumers, applicable consumer guarantees remain available. Remedies depend on the failure and can include repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation. Customers elsewhere retain any mandatory protections applicable to their transaction. 17. Payment disputes and customer communication Please contact us if an order or payment appears incorrect so we can investigate. Direct contact is encouraged, but it is not a waiver of payment-provider, regulatory or court rights and does not extend their deadlines. Opening a dispute does not automatically forfeit the purchase price, trigger a penalty or remove warranty rights. We may provide accurate order, communication, shipment, refund and agreement records to the payment provider. Where a dispute and merchant refund concern the same payment, we will coordinate the resolution to avoid duplicate reimbursement without withholding an amount legally owed. We do not condition an eligible remedy on a positive review, removal of an honest review or surrender of a lawful complaint. 18. How to contact us Email tuning@ryansviews.com or reply to your order confirmation. Include the order number if available and the affected items. A special form, paid tuning ticket or account login is not required merely to notify us of a cancellation or request ordinary order assistance.
