Ryan’sViews Return & Refund Policy
1. Pre-Orders and Custom Parts

All pre-orders and custom-made parts (including, but not limited to, batch production items, group buys, or made-to-order components) are non-refundable once production has begun.

Cancellations requested after production has started will not be eligible for a cash refund. In such cases, Ryan’sViews may, at its sole discretion, offer store credit minus a 20–30% restocking and processing fee.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a good faith estimate only. Delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or other external factors do not qualify for a refund.
2. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute while an order is in progress may result in:

Immediate cancellation of your order without a refund.

A ban from future purchases.

Potential legal action to recover costs and fees associated with the dispute.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
3. Refund Eligibility

In-stock items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

A 15–20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns (excluding cases of manufacturer defects).

Shipping fees are non-refundable on all orders.
4. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify Ryan’sViews within 72 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

A replacement or store credit will be issued at Ryan’sViews’ discretion.

Defects caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 14–21 business days of acceptance.

Store credit (if applicable) will be issued within 7 business days.

Refund timelines may vary based on payment provider processing times.
6. Acceptance of Terms

These terms are in place to ensure fairness for all customers and protect small-batch manufacturing operations from losses caused by last-minute disputes.
