Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Return Process

You’ll receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Package the item securely and include your proof of purchase.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
