RVE R450 Super Core

The R450 pairs a dual-ball-bearing Super Core, billet compressor wheel and nine-blade turbine wheel retaining OEM Elantra N wheel dimensions in RVE’s Hyundai N hybrid turbo development. It targets response and airflow capacity with an OEM turbine-housing interface.

Revised hardware update — October 22, 2026
The revised Super Core, modified CNC inlet and 3D-printed inlet model have shipped to RVE for inspection and further testing. The manufacturer has confirmed the revised Super Core’s fitment with an OEM turbine housing. RVE’s next checks include the inlet connection with the intended intake setup and further testing of the assembly. This shipment is development hardware for RVE’s evaluation, rather than customer-order fulfillment.

Installation detail
The manufacturer requires the metal sealing ring to be installed and properly seated when fitting the Super Core into the OEM turbine housing. Leaving out this ring may cause oil leakage. Use the complete instructions for the exact assembly; this note is not a substitute for the full installation procedure.

Supporting build
Plan the R450 as part of a complete combination: suitable intake and inlet, upgraded intercooler, downpipe/exhaust, HPFP and supporting fuel system, professional ECU calibration and appropriate performance spark plugs. Fuel and calibration requirements depend on the actual vehicle and build.

Before ordering, confirm your model/year, the core and housings supplied, inlet compatibility, any reused components, and the current production and dispatch information. Final performance depends on the vehicle, fuel, supporting hardware and calibration.

New preorder timing
For new preorders, estimated dispatch is 50–70 calendar days from the order date unless a product- or batch-specific production update confirmed for your order gives a different timeline. Carrier transit is additional. Existing order commitments remain unchanged.
