Building upon the success of our S-400 Gen2, the S-500 Turbocharger is our most advanced unit yet, engineered specifically for the Elantra N, Kona N, and Veloster N. Designed to deliver exceptional performance, the S-500 pushes the boundaries to achieve up to 500whp.
Enhanced Compressor and Turbine Design
To achieve higher horsepower, we've significantly increased the size of both the compressor and turbine. The new larger compressor enhances airflow, while the expanded turbine housing maximizes exhaust gas energy utilization. These changes required precision machining at their limits, ensuring optimal performance under extreme conditions.
Superior Ball Bearing Conversion
Recognizing the limitations of journal bearings under high boost, shaft speed, and increased compressor weight, we've transitioned to a full dual ceramic ball bearing system. Our 100% drop-in ball bearing cartridge eliminates the need for new oil lines or conversions, drastically enhancing reliability and performance.
Precision Engineering and Testing
Each S-500 unit is meticulously machined and undergoes VSR testing to ensure flawless performance and durability. Our commitment to quality guarantees that your turbocharger can handle up to 500whp with the factory wastegate, thanks to enhanced airflow and minimized reliance on high wastegate duty cycles.
