Applying to RVE

You are asking Ryan'sViews LLC (RVE) to consider your build, work and contribution for its team program. Provide accurate information and only materials you are authorized to submit. Disclose relevant existing sponsorship commitments or conflicts. An authorized person reviews suitability, quality, consistency, community contribution and the proposed arrangement; acceptance is never automatic based on follower count or a metric.

Application versus membership

Submitting this form does not enroll you in a sponsorship agreement or guarantee acceptance, tuning, parts or another benefit. Any invitation is followed by a separate individual offer/agreement defining your obligations and approved support. Do not buy or install anything in reliance on an unconfirmed application. These draft terms establish no application fee or purchase prerequisite.

Expectations and review

The program expects authentic work, consistent communication, honest feedback, accurate claims, clear sponsorship disclosures and responsible representation. Before membership, you and RVE will agree on content/referral expectations, evidence, reporting and review. Reaching a target does not automatically promise a reward; missing a target is reviewed under that agreement.

Information and review materials

RVE uses submitted contact, vehicle, build, social/content and experience information to assess your application, communicate about it and maintain a private review record. Authorized reviewers and necessary service providers may process it for those purposes. Required processing is separate from promotional email consent. Do not submit passwords, government identification, exact home addresses or unnecessary sensitive information. The RVE Privacy Policy and Team Privacy Notice describe this processing.

Content ownership and permission

You retain your rights in submitted material. Submission permits access and internal use reasonably needed to review the application, including visiting your links. It does not automatically authorize RVE to publish, advertise with, sublicense or claim ownership of your content. Public reuse needs separate permission identifying the material and permitted uses. Do not submit a third party’s private information without authority.

Status, correction and withdrawal

Use the authenticated status area and application reference to check progress. RVE may request information. You may withdraw in that area; request correction, access or deletion through the contact in the privacy notice. No response deadline is promised. Withdrawal and deletion are different actions; applicable retention and legal requirements will be explained.

Communications

RVE may contact you about your application using the supplied details. Marketing consent is separate and is not required to apply. A receipt or Approved review status is not a signed sponsorship agreement or confirmation that support has shipped.

Acceptance record

RVE records the reference, server receipt time, exact terms/privacy versions or snapshots, and four acknowledgment values. Later website edits do not replace the accepted version. These acknowledgments document the application process; they are not a blanket liability waiver.

Team Privacy Notice — review draft

RVE uses application details, submitted links, acknowledgment records and review history for team selection and application administration. Access is restricted to authorized reviewers and necessary service providers. Public reuse of applicant content requires separate permission. Application data is not automatically added to marketing lists. Do not include private customer information or other unnecessary sensitive data. Before you submit

Each acknowledgment is presented separately and is unchecked by default. Required application acknowledgments are separate from any optional marketing consent.
