A cast-aluminium plenum component for fabricating a custom intake manifold. Its machined bevel at the runner interface supports weld penetration; dimensions and clearance should be checked against the intended build.

  • Universal plenum for custom intake-manifold fabrication.
  • Universal does not mean a direct-fit installation. Check the stated dimensions, connections and fabrication requirements.
Specifications & materials
  • Bevel-machined plenum-to-runner weld interface.
  • Material: gravity-cast A356 aluminium.
  • Wall thickness: 5 mm.
  • Inlet inside diameter: 75 mm.
  • Interface dimensions: 355 × 85 mm.
  • Vacuum ports: one 3/8 NPT and three 1/8 NPT.
  • Supplier profile drawing additionally labels 135.00 overall projection, 85.00 outside inlet, 75.00 inside inlet and a 60-degree inlet angle; verify the drawing before fabrication. Linear drawing labels do not print units, while the written product specifications use millimetres.
