An A356 cast-aluminium intake manifold for G16E-GTS applications, with a larger plenum and revised runner geometry. It retains the original throttle and piping fitment, with an optional supplied 60 mm Bosch electronic throttle.

  • Toyota GR Yaris or GR Corolla powered by the G16E-GTS engine.

  • Increased plenum volume and revised runner geometry.
  • Material: gravity-cast A356 aluminium.
  • Colours: Wrinkle Red, Wrinkle Black or Wrinkle Silver.

  • Viton O-ring seal.
  • 60 mm Bosch DBW throttle only when the supplier option is Yes.
Supporting parts & installation
  • With the 60 mm Bosch throttle, replace the original plastic throttle elbow with aluminium piping.
  • Have intake-system changes monitored by a tuner.

  • Manufacturer testing used a Motec ECU with closed-loop AFR; the source also reports secondary OEM-ECU testing. No quantified or guaranteed performance gain is stated here.
  • The gallery dyno sheet labels a Yaris test, date 04-07-2022 and maximum 162.1 kW. Its plotted runs are not individually identified; no numerical gain has been derived from the graph.
