“Introducing our Hyundai N Intake Manifold to suit Theta II G4KH 2.0L (i30N, Elantra N, Kona N).”

Weldspeed product listing

A gravity-cast A356 intake manifold for the specified Hyundai N engine applications. The larger plenum and revised runners retain the OEM throttle location and piping fitment, with selectable port-injection and water/methanol provisions.

Application & fitment
  • Hyundai Theta II G4KH 2.0 L: i30 N, Elantra N and Kona N.
  • The captured product text does not confirm Veloster N fitment.
Specifications & materials
  • Direct fit to OEM piping and OEM throttle.
  • Optional port injection with billet fuel rail.
  • Optional direct-port water/methanol threads.
  • Material: gravity-cast A356 aluminium.
  • Colours: Performance Blue, Watersilk Black or Watersilk Red.
Included components
  • Viton O-ring seal.
  • Billet fuel rail only with the Port Injection w/Billet Fuel Rail option.
Supporting parts & installation
  • Qualified professional installation and engine calibration immediately after installation and initial start are required by the manufacturer installation notes.
  • The OEM tumble-vane system is removed. The installation notes recommend unplugging/removing its motor, or alternatively retaining the connected motor on a separate mounting bracket; coordinate the configuration and fault-code handling with the calibrator.
  • Reposition the wiring loom so it is not under tension.
  • The original manifold vacuum chamber is absent. The installation notes recommend removing the bypass-valve solenoid and operating the valve directly from manifold vacuum.
  • Read the full installation-note image before selecting this manifold.

Product-specific notes
  • Manufacturer installation notes specify race use only; this is not a plug-and-play modification.
  • Manufacturer dyno testing is expressly limited to a facelift engine/turbo combination.
  • Weldspeed reports CFD cylinder airflow variance no greater than 1%; this is a supplier design claim, not a guaranteed installed performance result.
  • No model-year range is supplied in the captured product text.
  • Existing RVE Hyundai manifold options and USD prices are independently maintained; the current supplier has 12 variants and is not a one-to-one match to the 16 native RVE variants.
  • The product description calls for actuator removal; the separate installation notes also describe retaining the connected actuator on a support bracket. Confirm the chosen approach with the installer and calibrator.
